Collaborative Stories

Thanks to all the rising freshmen who participated in this activity. We hope to see you in Word next year!

Story #1: This is going to be a big day, and I need the right socks for it. What I also need is a profound piece of literature to inspire my search. I could be inspired by Shakespeare or Rick Riordan or so many others. If I am inspired it will help me in life. I may be pushed farther than even Aristotle. But then again, searching through the maze of words that is olden literature seems exhausting.

Story #2: What tastes best in the entire world? Then we blew up the world. Be excellent to each other and party on, dudes.

Story #3: Bitterness filled his mouth; stung his tonsils. The other player intercepted the pass and ran for a touchdown. The wave of sound from the crowd nearly deafened him.

Story #4: A star crashed abruptly into my flamingo lawn ornament. The sparks created a beautiful display of fireworks, and they set my house on fire. I screamed, fleeing the scene and taking a gnome ornament with me. Just then I saw a donut. I ate it. It was good. I liked it very much. It was a green donut.

Story #5: The Krispy Kreme donut was well worth the blackout. I woke up to the wet nose of a dog in my ear. I pushed it off my bed- it was still unconscious. I then woke up dancing in my underwear. Then I ate breakfast.
